  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, supporting both enterprise and customer systems
  • Manage and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, and CyberArk platforms
  • Implement and uphold identity governance best practices for enterprise identities and service accounts
  • Oversee Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Access Management for critical systems
  • Maintain and enhance Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, with a focus on evolving towards passwordless authentication
  • Lead initiatives related to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and service account governance
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support for daily operations
  • Manage and oversee deliverables and day-to-day tasks for the junior engineering team
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to incidents as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in Security Engineering, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • 3 years of experience leading a team, including managing and mentoring security engineers
  • Expertise in AWS Security, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management solutions
  • Hands-on experience with service account management, RBAC, SSO, and MFA solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
