Today, the team comprises about 33 Designers including Interaction, Visual, Motion, and Content DesignersAs a Product Designer, youll be part of a team solving a unique problem, one thats mostly untouched by other e-commerce players. If youre someone who wants to work at a place that creates an impact, then join us!About the RolePassionate about Design Find deep into data exciting Then you might be our next Product DesignerAs a Product Designer, youll define user goals, scenarios, benefits, and flows as well as your own end-to-end experiences from a design perspective. Youll work closely with Research, Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users. In this role, youll break down complex tasks by understanding customer and business needs and translate them into easy-to-use, intuitive and delightful designs.Your end goal will be to find ways to improve processes to enhance experiences for customers. Youll be able to quickly communicate your decisions and solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and functional prototypes.What you will do

  • Build new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts and validate them with the users
  • Conduct quick rounds of usability testing
  • Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
  • Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions
  • Advocate for the user while understanding business requirements effectively
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
What you will need
  • 0 - 1 years of design experience in a product company
  • Experience working in startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills, an eye for details, and a drive to learn from a fast-paced environment
  • Experience consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into your work
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideal proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools
