Job Description

KreditBee is Indias largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over 2200 Crores. It has 70 Million downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property (LAP), DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.As a Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead and execute key business initiatives to drive growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI and other financial regulatory requirements by working closely with compliance and legal teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as operations, finance, and technology to ensure seamless execution of strategic programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth program implementation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute
  • 1-3 years of experience in top consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and fintech landscape.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management.
