Job Description

And we take this job very seriously.As a Program Manager, you will guide our Associate Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Executives to drive growth across all categories. You will also work closely with the Category Marketing teams and coordinate with functions such as product, supplier growth, user growth, and Fulfillment and experience. We focus on personal growth and fun at work just as much as we do on working hard. That is why, we have regular 1-1s, monthly outings, and timely rewards and recognitions.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Manager to strategize and execute Pricing KRs. Pricing being the biggest USP for Meesho, this role requires thinking outside the box and executing industry-first solutions to make the platform more competitive. You will work in a fast-paced environment, creating new systems and processes. You will also ensure that we are balancing customer needs, competitive landscapes, and strategic priorities constantly.What you will do

  • You will drive the execution of pricing strategies along with categories and cross-org teams.
  • You will own pricings north star metric and identify opportunities to improve it.
  • You will be responsible for primary, secondary, and competitive research to strengthen the teams capabilities to help categories.
What you will need
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving (basically we are looking at hustlers!)
  • Strong bias for speed for execution.
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and execute tactically.
  • Have a proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Additional bonus if you have worked on 0-1 business or experience in startups.
