Youll assemble and lead various project teams; monitoring the teams performance, and bringing out the best in every team member. We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and teamwork. Youre also in charge of creating the organizational structure, project objectives, and working procedures for the teams.Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project cost plans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the companys target profits. A structured and organized approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Also part of your job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports, and carry out contract administration.
