Join us on this journey to make a difference in how companies look at customer communication.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an efficient and organized recruitment process and serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.What Will You Do

  • Schedule and manage interviews, including phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
  • Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on the interviews conducted.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: 0.6 1 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
