Job Description

KreditBee is Indias largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over 1600 Crores. It has 50 Million downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.Responsibilities

  • Review loan requests
  • Assess clients financial status
  • Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
  • Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
  • Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
  • Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
  • Set up payment plans
  • Maintain updated records of loan applications
  • Follow up with clients about loan renewals
  • Monitor progress of existing loans
  • Having loan case file in proper order
  • Ensuring all communication with customers once documents are received
  • Ensuring all TATs are followed in moving the loan file forward
  • Collecting documents from customers and submitting it at the nearby branch
  • Explaining all loan related processes and charges to customers
  • Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
  • Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer service experience
  • BSc in Banking, Fintech and Finance, Economics or related field
