In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Service teams to support existing and new business processes as well as system functionality. You will be expected to implement repeatable and scalable business processes based on best practices in collaboration with all functional stakeholders while maintaining an emphasis on the integrity of the systems. • Support day-to-day Sales, CPQ, Marketing, channels, order management support issues and maintenance and resolve all support queries related to Salesforce access
• Help with month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Coordinate with the onshore application team for critical issues, design analysis, and enhancement
• Work on CPQ, pricing, product structure, renewals, and contract co-term related issues
• Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Build and maintain enhancements of the Salesforce application in sales Cloud and CPQ
• Support users and business analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creative solutions to support business needs
• Perform hands-on work in Apex, LWC, Aura framework, web services, and other integration patterns
• Be familiar with VSC, Github, CICD processes, and Agile methodologies

What youll bring:

• 6 years of experience in a Salesforce development role, including Apex and Visualforce development
• Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP, or REST-based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
• Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, Workbench, Data loader, Ant tool, reports, and dashboards
• Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email alerts, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks, and events
• Experience in CRM business processes like account management, order management, and quote management
• Salesforce and Marketo integration experience is an added advantage
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, including documentation & ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments while managing priorities to meet deadlines
• Experience with deployment using change-set/VSC/CICD migration tools such as Opsera, Copado, AutoRabbit etc., and working on solving deployment errors
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in business, management information systems, computer information systems, or equivalent IT experience and Salesforce certifications (App Builder, PD I, PD II, Admin, CPQ) preferred
• Must be open to working on shifts

What success looks like:After six months, you will

• Understand the end-to-end application flow
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Business teams to provide production support, deliver business requirements, and bring stability to the application
• Have a deep understanding of current implementation, extensions, and customizations

After about a year, you will

• Focus on identifying and addressing root causes of defects
• Proactively address application issues with automation or re-use to resolve recurring defects
• Sign up for training and certifications to support your role and career growth
