Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk assessment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; additional certifications in underwriting or insurance will be a plus.
