Our Digital Banking SaaS comprises:Neutrino - A digital banking platform for crafting stunning mobile and web banking experiences for credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, loans and other products.Merlin - A conversational AI platform that can be used to build AI agents that respond to questions, provide insights and perform actions on behalf of users.As a Senior Director, Product Management in the Synapse team, you will report into our CEO, and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts and work alongside rockstar engineers driving the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative features that enhance user experiences and drive long-term growth. You will own and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.Responsibilities

• Growth Hacking and Product Management
  • Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter.
  • Leverage Product Analytics Platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc), Data Analytics Platforms (Metabase, Superset).
  • Creative Feature Ideation to come up with Features that have maximum impact on the metrics that matter.
  • Leverage frameworks for Feature Prioritization (Reach, Frequency, Impact, Effort).
  • Oversee the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS.
• Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers and program managers - fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Represent the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Skills

• In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of technology platforms and their capabilities for IOS, Android and Web development.
• Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent UX and copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting user research.
• Meticulous in program management processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10 years in Product Management in Consumer or B2B SaaS preferably in fintech.
• Strong software engineering/technical background.
