Job Requisition ID25WD88138Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to build and scale the Partner Solutions team within our emerging product lines. This role is pivotal in expanding new and acquired solutions through our partner ecosystem, driving net-new business, sales growth, and market development for Autodesks latest product offerings.As the Manager of the Emerging Solutions Partnerships team, you will lead a team of Partner Solutions Specialists responsible for enabling partners to sell emerging products, applications, and services. You will define the partner enablement framework and execution plan to drive business growth through the partner network. Collaborating with senior leaders across Sales, Partner Management, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams, you will develop impactful programs that empower partners to accelerate sales and drive long-term customer success. This role requires a strong people leader, strategic thinker, and skilled collaborator who can deliver measurable business outcomes through scalable partner engagement initiatives. This will be a hybrid role and reports to the Senior Director of Emerging Partnerships who will work closely with the Worldwide Sales team supporting construction business in APAC.What We Offer:
