Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
  • Assist in addressing client requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the availability and delivery of products/services within specified timelines.
  • Analyze and fix the environment issues proactively by addressing client queries and providing required details on time.
  • Liaise with Development Team, Senior Development Consultants as appropriate to ensure the resolution of issues.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during service delivery.
  • Work proactively to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prioritizing Defects with Development Team and getting them scheduled appropriately.
  • Follows the companys Operating Procedures.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service delivery processes.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required as this role demands interacting with multiple locations and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in-person to understand their service requirements and address any inquiries.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client requests and concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
  • Pro-active, highly motivated and a strong team player.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your skills.
