Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Senior Software Engineer will report to the Senior Manager - Software Engineering and is part of the Service R&D organization located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support team members through pair programming and code reviews. Evaluate basic technology choices and eloquent trade-offs.
  • Apply principles of SDLC and Lean/Agile/TDD/CI/CD methodologies to deliver high quality, secured, and scalable software modules.
  • Write C#.NET to develop Windows Services that meets standards and delivers desired functionality for the project.
  • Write React JS, Redux, HTML, JavaScript code on .NET core/framework including REST APIs to develop Web Services that meets standards and delivers desired functionality for the project.
  • Use Multithreading approach to achieve performance. Use cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and/or WCF. Optimizing existing and ongoing Application for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred with 5 years of industry experience in software/system verification and validation.
  • Proficient in C#/HTML/JS on .NET core/framework.
  • Skilled in Azure DevOps Repos/Pipelines to enable incremental software development.
  • Exposure to InstallShield to run installation upgrades during consecutive releases.
  • Earned a bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Biotechnology/Life Sciences industry.
  • GMP & regulatory environments.
  • QMS and Documentation Practices.
