Job Description

Senior Staff Engineer, Customer Lifecycle, Google AdsLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Masters degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.Responsibilities
  • Manage advertising platform and account management engineering team.
  • Guide both product as well as technical aspects of development, including innovation, requirements gathering, design, implementation, productionization to launch.
  • Solve large open-ended cross-product area problems working with several executives and engineers across multiple Ads teams and commerce/payments.
  • Be responsible and accountable for running technical decision making for all these areas, including running design review forums, guiding area leads, holding high bar for tech excellence, integrating cutting edge technologies in our tech stack etc.
