Job Description

  • Building, updating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards
  • Implements dashboarding best practices and efficiencies
  • Perform data quality checks and data validations
  • Perform moderately complex data analyses for ad-hoc reporting
  • Ability to analyze and gain a deep level understanding of the data ecosystem supporting MLC and provide recommendations and solutions for business issues
  • Ability to tie business context to the underlying data in order to create an effective framework to work from for each project/initiative
Required Skills:
  • 3 years of SQL
  • 3 years of Tableau experience
  • 3 years Insurance experience background preferred
  • Experience working with Oracle tables
  • Experience working with Snowflake tables
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and Independent worker
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively
