  • Lead the ideation, design, and development of new products / features for UnitedHealth Groups flagship product
  • Develop and execute proofs of concept to validate new ideas
  • Define and execute product roadmaps, OKRs to increase product value over time
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and market responsiveness
Collaboration:
  • Work with internal leaders and external partners to understand their business needs and adapt product strategy, priorities, and business plans accordingly
Market Differentiation:
  • Create a portfolio of product opportunities that set UHG and Optum apart in the market
Strategic Improvements:
  • Continuously gather and analyze performance data (market, financial, operational) to enhance existing products and identify new business opportunities

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare through innovative product development and strategic improvements.Enterprise Applications:
  • Well-versed in Enterprise Application workflows, Platforms, and API Orchestration systems

  • MBA/BE/B.Tech/MTech/MSc Computer Science (with BSc Computer Science) with sound knowledge of product mindset
  • 5 years of experience in Software Industry as product owner, business analyst and Senior Product Manager
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Greenfield Product Development, MVP, and Product Launch
  • Experienced in conducting cost-benefit analyses and monitoring forecasts to ensure product performance
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including segment financial structures and business practices
  • Proficient in evaluating, analyzing, and projecting data for operational and business strategy
  • Proficient in prioritizing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
  • Proficient in utilizing data-driven insights and optimal methodologies to enhance product performance
  • Proven skilled in establishing user/buyer personas and converting decision criteria and requirements into actionable plans
  • Proven adept at procuring market intelligence, evaluating the competitive environment, and proposing product strategies throughout the product lifecycle
  • Proven logical reasoning and effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and convert them into functionalities and user stories, with a solid grasp of Agile methodology
  • Proven ability to develop user experience, non-user function, and functional specifications for products
