Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members for their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing workforce analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and workforce planning strategies.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 Years Continuous education is required.
