Job Description

OpportunityBe part of the Global Development Team, responsible in developing and maintaining Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile environment and be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. As a member of the engineering team, you will also contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development:
    • Write, optimize, and maintain Stored Procedures in Microsoft SQL Server / ORACLE or others ODBC compliant DB.
    • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient backend solutions using Java and Spring Framework.
  • Database Management:
    • Design and implement efficient database schemas.
    • Optimize database performance and query execution.
  • Agile Practices:
    • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Participate in iterative development, continuous integration, and testing.
  • Code Quality and Standards:
    • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Quality Assurance.
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers to elevate team skill levels.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
