Job Description

PEGA Lead System ArchitectPEGA Lead System Architect is an experienced proficient professional who drives outcomes. The PEGA Lead System Architect has broad experience across the function/discipline and is recognized as highly competent in the role for this function/discipline. They are seen as thought leaders who will guide client stakeholders and lead teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.In this role, the individual must:

  • Identify and evangelize re-usable components that can be enterprise assets
  • Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
  • Provide thought-leadership to client stakeholders across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
  • Work with client stakeholders in developing and implementing architecture solutions and designs required to meet clients business requirements
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Lead multiple development teams concurrently and maintain oversight
  • Instill and enforce a high level of discipline in the team to ensure high-quality standards and best practices are followed
  • Supervise and review the quality of work of others
  • Undertake and lead the designing of solutions for complex problems
  • Guide and teach others
To succeed in this role, the individual must have:
  • Total 10 years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development
  • At least 3 years of experience in Pega Architect role (after CLSA certification) with at least 2 years working on Pega 8
  • Must have completed Pega CLSA certification (Parts 1 & 2)
  • Proficient to independently design PEGA solutions from functional requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and design patterns as well as implementing them
  • Demonstrated proficiency on Pega tools like PDC, SMA, PLA, BIX, Accessibility framework
  • Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) and excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
  • Demonstrated experience working on Pega Cloud or client-managed Cloud
  • Strong ability to communicate and present to multiple stakeholders problem definitions and proposed solutions to complex IT, technical, and business issues.
