If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleSpecialist, Software Development EngineeringWhat does a successful Frontend - Specialist do at FiservWe are in search of experienced Frontend Engineer with Angular, who can help to create the next generation eCommerce channels platform for our customers all over the world which allows them to integrate with Transaction processing systems.What you will do:You will join one of the scrum teams working on our product backlog as a Specialist Front-End Developer. Each scrum team is composed from at least one Business Analyst, Backend Developer, Tester, and Scrum Master. You will closely cooperate with other team members to deliver product increments each sprint.This means that you will be:

  • working with Business Analyst to make sure that requirements are clear for you and the team.
  • helping designer to plan seamless user experience and easily implementable designs.
  • working with the API developer to create and integrate UI with new/modified API endpoints.
  • implementing required UI and API changes (if needed), covering it with unit and e2e tests.
  • performing peer code review for developers from the team.
  • cooperating with tester to ensure high quality of delivered piece of software.
  • mentoring the junior developers in the team on code reusability, design patterns.
  • ensuring Sprint milestones are achieved.
  • collaborating with other Front End Software developers to make sure that the quality of our application constantly improves.
What you will need to have:
  • BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Front-end development, supporting all phases of the SDLC.
  • Angular 14, TypeScript, HTML 5, SCSS, RxJS, Ngrx, Highcharts, Webpack, Unit tests Jest, E2E tests Cypress, Responsive Web Design, Progressive Web Applications, Angular Material CDK.
  • Experienced in runtime, build and deployment technologies as well as project tools, e.g. Eclipse, IntelliJ, Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, Fortify, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of modern database technologies (relational/non-relational), JPA/Hibernate, SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.
  • Strong communication skills (e.g., with product owners and stakeholders as well as technical representatives), coordination skills.
What would be great to have:
  • Experience with micro-service architectures.
  • Knowledge of virtual infrastructure and associated services (e.g. public cloud) as well as containerization and orchestration technologies (ideally docker, pcf, kubernetes).
