Must Have Skills
  • 4 years experience in software development including designing, building, and managing high-scale, mission-critical real-time production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Cand/or Java.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
  • Proven experience working with C# is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, REST, Redis, Tomcat, and the AWS stack is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in recording solutions like redbox/verint/nice/calabrio is a plus.
  • Expertise in integration with Cisco/Avaya/Genesys/Mitel telephony systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SIP, CTI, SDP, RTP, CSTA/TSAPI, and NATS is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Gradle is a great plus.
  • Strong coding skills with an eye for using the right algorithms and data structures.
  • Should be able to roll up the sleeves and test the system end to end including telephony testing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Disciplined approach to documentation.
  • Ability to lead, partner, and collaborate cross-functionally across an engineering organization.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
