  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Masters degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
  • Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of ads quality and distribution systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ads quality aspects and drive innovation along with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager, Machine Learning and Partner Engineering teams throughout the product cycle: from defining product roadmap and gathering insights, to design and execution, and through launch and customer escalations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and the performance of Vouchers distribution system and Growth status.
