Job Description

: Strategic Partner Development Manager, gTech SustainabilityLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaExperience: MidExperience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience managing partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Googles Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Googles own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Googles user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Responsibilities
  • Manage, sustain, and grow key partnerships with external partners.
  • Plan, execute, and expand program existing program elements, and grow program scope.
  • Qualify and manage incoming leads for partnership, build qualified leads through various lead generation efforts within the project requirements.
  • Provide insights from partner learnings to the product team to inform and accelerate solution development.
