If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).We are looking for Business Analysts having 3-6 years of P&C Insurance BA experience. In this role, the candidate would be responsible to perform analysis of technical and business processes; Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
  • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customers needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
  • Prepare requirements document and take sign off from product team for forms logs.
  • Update FLS (Forms excel document) in share point with the new forms to be added/ updated in the release.
  • Update Forms Knowledge base (FKB) by raising CTask in Service now for Inland Marine and Tech logs.
  • Prepare Reference Data and sync it to the environments (databases).
  • Resolve defects raised by QA.
  • Liaison with product for any gaps/ Clarifications in requirements.
  • Perform Unit testing if required for any defects.
  • Update counts/ Release notes for each release in tracker.
  • Prepare Scripts allotted for each release and submit to the release BSA.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good understanding of property/causality insurance business.
  • Domain knowledge on Personal Auto, Home, Dwelling Fire, Workers Comp, Business Owners and Commercial Auto LOBs.
  • Rating system experience in PMS, POS or One Shield.
  • Ability to effectively plan for, elicit, and validate requirements through facilitated sessions.
  • Should be Graduates with Min. of 12 4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA).
