You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for IFM roles
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry associations to source entry-level and experienced talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define role requirements
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote employer branding
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the facility management or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus
