Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Manage and mentor junior professionals.
Ensure timely delivery of projects.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and other SAP modules.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
