Technical Program Manager, Google CloudLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaExperience Level: MidMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience with software development best practices and experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements for cross-team initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation and leading technical programs that deliver products and services to millions of users globally.
  • Ability to build and launch new and innovative solutions solving critical business needs.
  • Track record of creating, executing and delivering against a product road map and driving business impact.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, and strong technical judgment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, discussion, and organizational skills.

  • Ensure Security operations scales and streamlines the search and visualization functions.
  • Take a holistic approach to remove process friction and build efficiencies.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams and encourage them to learn organizational best practices, to be a catalyst in bringing step-function operational change.
  • Manage dependencies and escalations. Drive visibility on progress and risks to leadership along with ensuring mitigation plans are in place for the risks.
  • Reinvent processes to increase efficiencies and help teams in overall execution and manage communication of progress/status within the core team and with our partners.
