Job Description

: Technical Solutions Manager, YouTube Business Technology, Strategic PartnershipLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
  • 1 year of Salesforce engineering experience, such as Apex, Lightning Web, triggers, SOQL, etc.
  • Experience with building and operating distributed systems.
  • Experience in software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with back-end development technologies (e.g., Java, C ).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce/SFDC with business applications.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Ability to drive technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication, people management, analysis, and leadership skills.
About the JobAs a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Googles online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting-edge solutions, and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Googles partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to manage complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture while managing recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive the technical goal, strategy, and execution for key partnership features, overseeing the end-to-end life-cycle (design, development, deployment, maintenance).
  • Deliver scalable, reliable systems aligned with product and business goals, ensuring operational stability, promoting software development best practices, and developing an understanding of the YouTube partnership ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Partner Managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver significant impact within the YouTube ecosystem through critical partnership initiatives.
