Job Description

Join Amazon Pays dynamic user growth team to shape the future of digital payments in India. You will drive customer engagement strategies across multiple use-cases including bill payments, money transfers, and merchant payments. Using data-driven insights, you will develop and execute growth initiatives to enhance customer adoption, engagement, and revenue across the Amazon Pay ecosystem. This role offers an opportunity to impact millions of customers while working with cross-functional teams to build innovative payment solutions.Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase monthly active users and transaction depth across Amazon Pay services
  • Create data-driven customer segment strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle programs across multiple payment use-cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale growth initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize growth strategies
