Job Description

    As a Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive/AM/Dy. Manager - HR & Admin at Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited, your role is to engage employees for better productivity by managing HR & admin services at the companys manufacturing unit in Vadodara, Dahej, and Ankleshwar. You will report to the AGM-HR.Key Responsibilities:- Possess HR process knowledge and experience in handling the complete life cycle from Talent Acquisition- Recruitment, Talent Management & Talent Development- Implement IMS (Integrated Management Services) of HR processes- Showcase HR domain expertise, especially in recruitment from sourcing to onboarding- Oversee administration of the manufacturing site including transport, canteen, security, guarding, housekeeping, visitor management, handling of VIP customers & visitors- Organize events & celebrations along with CSR activities- Address employees day-to-day grievances and manage relations with PR & ER, local villages & govt. authorities- Utilize smart communication skills, conflict management & resolution, HR subject domain expertise, relationship building, team work, and solving employee pain areas to engage them productively- Proficiency in HR ERP systems and advanced Excel is a mustQualifications Required:- MSW/MBA-HR/MHRAM (two years full time) with B.Com/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Diploma in IRPM preferred- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience As a Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive/AM/Dy.
