Deputy Manager - Technology and Design (Technology Transfer)

Job Description

As a candidate with good technical background in Tech transfer and Scale up studies, you will be joining our T&D department. You should have 7 to 10 years of experience and hold a BE Chemical degree.Key Responsibilities:- Receive & absorb new process technology from R & D.- Ensure feasibility of the process on Industrial scale.- Observe lab demo to understand process & generate data required for Pilot trials & conceptual design.- Identify process safety aspects of the process & collect/ generate safety data.- Generate Material & energy balance.- Define process performance at lab scale (norms).- Map process steps in Pilot system along with Pilot plant operations team.- Monitor Pilot plant trials to observe the process & generate scale-up parameters.- Participate in troubleshooting if any with Pilot plant operations team & R & D team.- Contribute in demonstration of process performance at Pilot scale.- Conduct engineering lab studies to generate scale-up data.- Contribute in conceptual design preparation.- Provide process engineering support to Basic engineering team during basic engineering stage, detail engineering stage, execution stage.- Participate in Hazard Identification & safeguard defining activity.- Participate in PHA study as process expert.- Support process commissioning activities along with Basic engineering team, Operations team, Engineering team, Projects team & establish process performance.- Participate in Troubleshooting during commissioning activity.- Contribute in demonstration of process performance at industrial scale (norms).- Suggest action plan for process performance gap if any.Qualification Required:- BE ChemicalNote: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
