Job Description

As a Junior Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profit. You will greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and guide them towards making informed purchase decisions. Your responsibilities include:- Conducting remote selling activities to maximize customer reach- Performing cross-selling to HNI customers and handling queries/complaints effectively- Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits- Ensuring accurate entry of customer details and maintaining an updated customer database- Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes- Coordinating customer order placement and managing stock on a daily basis- Executing visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product display quality- Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and product exhibitions- Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices- Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and actively seeking self-development opportunitiesAdditionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales reports, adhering to timelines for performance appraisals, and identifying/training needs for self-development. The educational qualification required for this role is HSC, with 2 to 3 years of experience and age below 30.
