Job Description

    You will be working with YuCollect, which is a part of the Yubi Group, an organization driven by transparency, collaboration, and the power of possibility. YuCollect is Indias first Unified Collections Infrastructure designed to revolutionize debt collections on a large scale by providing a transparent and technology-driven network for lenders, collection agencies, and regulators.As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at YuCollect, your role will involve driving the adoption and usage of the solutions within the collections industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, enhancing client satisfaction, and building strong relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the adoption of YuCollects solutions within client organizations, monitoring client usage patterns, conducting training sessions, and quickly resolving client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. You will also be required to collaborate with internal teams to address system or process-related challenges.To excel in this role, you should have over 3 years of experience in the collections industry with a focus on client adoption of technology or financial solutions. You should possess strong domain expertise in collections or analytics, exceptional relationship management skills, effective objection handling abilities, and proficient problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, fluency in the local language will be essential for effective communication with clients.This position may require extensive travel to engage with clients and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of YuCollects solutions.
