Job Description

    As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures. You will also oversee employee disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Furthermore, you will be in charge of administering the performance management process by conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
