Job Description

As a Workday HCM Consultant at our Bhopal office, you will be responsible for the following:- Utilize your 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience in implementation support rollout projects- Demonstrate expertise through at least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with Workday- Apply your deep understanding of Business Processes and knowledge of SDLC or Agile project methodologies- Showcase your leadership skills by serving as a team lead or mentor- Possess a thorough understanding of Workday Recruiting Application, including Job requisitions, Job Application, Business Processes, and Security- Optionally, leverage your knowledge of Workday HCM, covering Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security, and Business ProcessesAdditionally, about the company BISP:BISP is a specialized company focusing on Oracle EPM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and NetSuite solutions.
