Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Insurance Sales Goal Achievement:
  • Recruit agents to build a strong sales team.
  • Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
  • Supervise the activity plans of all agents to ensure targets are met.
• Performance Review & Management:
  • Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) meetings with agents.
  • Update the Sales Management System with performance data.
• Motivation & Career Progression:
  • Promote and motivate agents for career progression programs.
  • Encourage agents to join the organization and grow their network.
• CRM & Portal Utilization:
  • Promote the use of Agent Portal and CRM for customer management.
  • Cross-sell different products to enhance revenue generation.
Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales Attributes:
