Lead operations & team at 50 branded clinics in 40 cities of IndiaAcquire & retain 1 million customersAchieve EBITDA margin of 30% by the end of year threeMake each clinic profitable within 3 months from launchBuild top grade operations organization by end of year oneHire 250 people for EBO operations team by end of year threeEnsure consistency in customer experience across 1 million customersDeliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurateDevelop standard operating procedures (SOP), operating manual and upskill training program to achieve clinic service excellenceCreate customer centric service-focus organization cultureRequirements:10 years track record in operations with global EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)Candidates with experience in EBO of healthcare, especially fertility or other chain of clinics preferredCore skills required Hustler & methodical in managing multi-city EBO operations and large teamsHas the knack to work directly with founders & investorsAbility to undertake PnL accountability.
