Job Description

    Hiring: Internal Sales Engineer (Estimation & Proposal)Industry: Energy & Processing Technologies | Oil & Gas Location:BHOPAL / INDORE Experience: 5-8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | PermanentRole Summary: We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to handle estimation, costing, and proposal preparation for Oil & Gas projects. The role involves basic engineering calculations, technical support to sales teams, and coordination with engineering and project teams to achieve sales and margin targets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Study RFQs/tenders and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals
    • Perform basic design and engineering calculations
    • Prepare pricing, delivery schedules, and supporting documents
    • Provide application and technical support to customers and sales teams
    • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for order execution
    • Review commercial terms, contracts, and tender specifications
    Requirements:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
    • 5-8 years experience in technical sales, estimation, or costing
    • Exposure to medium/heavy engineering or fabrication industry
    • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
    • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Preferred:
    • Experience with CAD/ FEA/ MathCAD
    • Knowledge of Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical processes
