Sales Trainer

Job Description

As an Operation Officer at Jie Lian Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., your primary role will involve designing and coordinating staff training programs to meet organizational and employee needs. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting various types of sales training such as New Product Launch Training, New Hired Induction Training, Refresher Training, and Process Training.- Overseeing CRT, On the Job Training, and Online training programs.- Conducting Product Test and Assessment, as well as Post-training Assessment.- Managing databases and generating reports for the sales team.- Assisting the sales team with providing reports and supporting affordability and finance schemes.Key Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum Graduate with at least 3 years of experience.- Proficiency in MS Excel for report preparation.- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).- Strong presentation skills.- Command over database management.- Confidence, motivation, and a presentable demeanor.Additional Details:- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.- Full-time, Permanent job type with flexible schedules.- Benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.- Performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses are provided.- Ability to commute/relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is required.If you have 2 years of experience in Training & Development and a total of 2 years of work experience, you are preferred for this role.
