Job Description

    Skills:Email Marketing, Data Validation, Data Filteration, Affiliate Channel On-boarding, HTML, CSS, Digital Marketing,We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow and manage our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing relationships, and driving traffic and conversions through various affiliate channels mainly through E-mail marketing. This role involves both creative thinking and data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Recruitment: Identify, on-board, and manage new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication and relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the resources needed to promote the brand effectively.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as traffic, sales, and ROI using analytics tools, and provide regular reports.Optimization: Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns and offers to increase conversions and revenue.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure affiliates follow company guidelines and monitor for any policy violations or fraudulent activities.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate activities with broader marketing strategies.Qualifications & Skills7-10 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).Ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing relationships with affiliates.Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of SEO and digital marketing.Proficient with email marketing and content creation.Knowledge of basic HTML or experience with CMS platforms is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Performance-based bonuses.,
