Job Description

    Were Hiring: HR Intern (ONLY Freshers Welcome)Location: On-site Bhubaneswar (Hanspal) Duration: 2 Months Job Type: InternshipStipend: 5k/Per MonthTiming: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PMWorking Days: Mon- Sat Eligibility: MBA / BBA (Freshers / Final-year students)About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
    • Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
    • Maintain HR records and documentation
    • Support on boarding and induction processes
    • Assist in campus hiring & internship programs
    • Help with employee engagement activities
    • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
    Requirements
    • Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA (HR) or related field
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of HR concepts
    • Familiar with MS Excel, Word & Google tools
    • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
