The role involves designing and developing AI solutions capable of understanding doctor-patient conversations, extracting meaningful insights from prescriptions, and providing concise summaries. If you are passionate about AI and its potential in healthcare, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Develop and fine-tune voice-to-text AI models tailored to the nuances of medical terminology and conversations. Design systems to convert unstructured conversational data into structured, actionable information. Build and optimize models to analyze medical prescriptions and generate accurate summaries. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure models are effective in real-world applications. Continuously improve AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong expertise in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), with a focus on voice-to-text and data structuring. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Hands-on experience with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) systems like Google Speech-to-Text, Kaldi, or DeepSpeech. Familiarity with processing unstructured data into structured formats. Knowledge of medical terminologies or prior experience in healthcare AI is a plus. Experience working with large datasets and optimizing machine learning pipelines. Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models. Excellent analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare-focused AI development. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) for handling sensitive data.
