Job Description

This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 290 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeThe Airside Manager is responsible for leading the Airside and Operations teams in delivering high performance standards within the constraints of the Service Level Agreements of our customer airlines.The multiple customer base provides a wide variety and complexity of operations and product offering. The role requires a proven manager with a strong operational and leadership experience.What you will be doing Oversee Ramp, Operations, and Cleaning teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a skilled, efficient workforce. Ensure strict adherence to MA safety and operational standards and local regulations. Lead safety audits and implement ongoing safety training for all airside teams. Certifications and training related to safety and airside operations are an advantage. Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to airside operations. Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively. Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. Good understanding of ramp, operations and cleaning standards and procedures.
