Job Description

    Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer - High Performance AnalogJob DescriptionThe High Performance Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer is responsible for designing cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits that achieve exceptional performance metrics including low noise, high linearity, wide bandwidth, and high dynamic range. This role focuses on pushing the boundaries of analog design in advanced process nodes to create industry-leading semiconductor solutions for applications demanding superior precision and performance.Key Responsibilities: Design ultra-low noise, high-linearity analog front-ends including operational amplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, and transimpedance amplifiers Develop high-precision data converters (ADCs/DACs) with exceptional DNL/INL, SFDR, and ENOB specifications Create high-speed, low-jitter PLLs and clock generation circuits Design ultra-stable, low-drift voltage and current references Implement low-noise, high-PSRR power management circuits for sensitive analog blocks Simulate and analyze designs with advanced Monte Carlo and corner analysis techniques Optimize designs for extreme temperature ranges and radiation hardening when required Conduct detailed noise, distortion, and mismatch analysis at both component and system levels Work closely with layout engineers to implement precision-matched components and minimize parasitic effectsQualifications: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with specialization in analog circuit design 5 years of experience designing high-performance analog/mixed-signal ICs Proven track record of designs achieving industry-leading specifications Deep understanding of device physics and process variation effects on analog performance Expertise in minimizing noise, distortion, and other non-idealities in analog circuits History of successful tape-outs resulting in first-pass silicon successSkills: Advanced knowledge of noise analysis, matching techniques, and layout-dependent effects Expertise in high-frequency design techniques and impedance matching Experience with trimming and calibration methodologies for precision circuits Strong background in transistor-level design optimization techniques Proficiency with cutting-edge EDA tools for analog design and verification Hands-on experience with laboratory characterization of high-performance analog circuitsLocation:Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-time,
