Job Description

    As an Anaplan Consultant, you will play a vital role in our team by constructing and maintaining intricate Anaplan models that facilitate integrated planning throughout the organization. Your proficiency will be essential in converting business needs into technical solutions, handling both structured and unstructured financial data, and guaranteeing the efficiency and accuracy of our planning procedures.Your primary responsibilities will include designing and creating complex Anaplan application models, encompassing lists, modules, dashboards, and actions to support business planning activities. You will also be tasked with comprehending, interpreting, and standardizing business processes and financial data sets to transform them into technical and functional requirements for Anaplan models. Additionally, you will oversee data flows to and from various financial systems to maintain data precision and timeliness.You will collaborate with different teams to offer practical training and technical assistance, fostering trust and cooperation across the organization. Exploring and implementing the most effective approach for model development, as well as adapting multi-dimensional structures to meet business requirements, will be part of your routine tasks.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field. Furthermore, you must have at least 3 years of experience in model development and business process architecting using EPM tools.Your technical skills should include a high level of expertise in Anaplan model building, familiarity with other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis, advanced skills in Excel including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and a solid understanding of data integration, data architecture, and modeling principles.In addition to technical skills, we value qualities such as problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, effective collaboration with diverse teams, and a keen interest in structured finance.
