    Company DescriptionWe are one of the leading steel industries of India having manufacturing facilities in W.Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Andhrapradesh & Tamilnadu.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an ASM TMT BARS Retail Sales and Marketing position. The role is located in Bhubaneshwar. The responsibilities include overseeing retail sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date. The ASM will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience. Daily tasks will involve customer service, communication with stakeholders, and using interpersonal skills to foster a positive sales environment.Qualifications Proficient in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bhubaneshwar Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Previous experience in a sales or marketing role within the retail industry is advantageous Strong organizational and time management skills,
