As we grow, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and contribute to our brands visual presence.Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, capable of producing high-quality visual content that enhances our marketing efforts. This is a work-from-office role that requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.Key Responsibilities:Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, hoardings, and social media assets.Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Lightroom to develop high-quality creatives and video content.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative design solutions aligned with campaign objectives.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.Contribute to the development of marketing materials, ensuring they are compelling and effective.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field from an accredited design school or institute.2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) is mandatory.Experience in creating marketing materials, including creatives, banners, hoardings, and video editing.Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Previous experience in a brand consulting company is a plus but not required.What We Offer:A vibrant and collaborative work environment fostering creativity and innovation.Opportunities for professional growth and skills development.Work directly with the Head of the Department.Competitive salary and benefits package.,
