Job Description

Role Overview:As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) in the Branch Banking department, your main responsibility will be to acquire new customers for the banks savings accounts. You will need to identify potential customers, reach out to them through various channels, explain the benefits and features of the savings products, and successfully close the sales. Your role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction with the banks services and maintaining long-term relationships with them.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire savings accounts within the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area- Maintain high quality customer acquisition in terms of constitution, product, and segment mix- On-board and activate customers on digital platforms- Support the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises- Provide regular feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager regarding customer requirements and potential opportunities- Ensure adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization- Source quality leads and strictly comply with internal and external guidelines and regulations- Conduct activities in the catchment area to acquire high-quality, HNI customers and enhance visibility for IDFC First Bank- Work on key central initiatives and solicit regular referrals from existing customers- Collaborate with team members and support functions to offer products and services to customersQualification Required:- Graduation in any of the following fields: Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
