    Job Profile: Ayurveda R&D Specialist Jivada Ventures Pvt LtdJob Overview:The Ayurveda R&D Specialist at Jivada Ventures Pvt Ltd will be responsible for researching, developing, and innovating Luxury Ayurveda formulations. The role involves blending ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific advancements to create high-performance skincare and wellness products. The specialist will work closely with formulation scientists, dermatologists, and wellness experts to ensure the efficacy, safety, and authenticity of Jivadas Ayurvedic beauty range.Key Responsibilities: Research & Innovation: Study ancient Ayurvedic texts (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Bhavaprakasha) to identify powerful skincare and haircare ingredients. Stay updated on global trends in clean beauty, biotechnology, and green chemistry. Formulation Development: Develop luxury skincare and haircare products using therapeutic Ayurvedic herbs, oils, and minerals. Ensure formulations meet clinical standards for safety, efficacy, and sustainability. Collaborate with Jivada R & D team for scientific validation and stability testing. Clinical Trials & Efficacy Testing: Conduct clinical trials Analyze results and optimize formulations for maximum therapeutic benefits. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to Ayush, FDA, and global cosmetic regulations. Implement ethical sourcing for herbs, ensuring purity and sustainability. Product Strategy & Branding Support: Work closely with the Branding & Marketing team to translate scientific research into consumer-friendly product stories. Provide training & technical support for Jivadas sales professionals. Workshops & Thought Leadership: Represent Jivada at global wellness summits and Ayurvedic beauty conferences. Conduct educational workshops on the benefits of Luxury AyurvedaSkills & Expertise Required: Advanced knowledge of Ayurveda, Rasayana therapy, and dermatology. Experience in R&D for Ayurvedic personal care, cosmetics, or cosmeceuticals. Strong understanding of neurology, inflammation biology, and skin-mind connection. Expertise in herbal formulation, phytochemistry, and natural preservatives. Ability to interpret scientific research and clinical trial data. Passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and holistic wellness.Educational Qualifications: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) / MD Ayurveda (preferred specialization in Rasayana or Dravyaguna). Additional certifications in Cosmeceuticals, Ayurveda Dermatology, or Formulation Science are a plus.,
