Job Description

Established in Hong Kong in 1950, HAECO has expanded its operations across the Asia-Pacific region, Americas, and beyond.Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong provides a comprehensive range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training, and AOG support.As a Business Analyst in the Group Technology Product Delivery team at HAECO, you will play a vital role in analyzing the business requirements for the companys latest technology products and solutions. Working closely with various stakeholders including the Group Technology Product Owner, Scrum Master, business subject matter experts, and internal teams, you will ensure the smooth delivery of technology products and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the companys transformation journey.Your responsibilities will include:- Actively listening and analyzing user stories requirements to prepare detailed product functional backlogs- Leading the development of customer mapping, user cases, and other functional specifications- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of technology products using Agile methodology- Developing a deep understanding of business processes, platform capabilities, and technical requirements- Liaising and negotiating with end-users to align on requirements, delivery schedule, and resource commitment- Documenting business functional/non-functional requirements and preparing UAT test plans- Conducting User Acceptance Testing, identifying defects, and following up on resolutionsRequirements:- Hands-on experience in functional/non-functional requirements consolidation, user stories writing, and testing plans- Strong business analysis experience with a technical background- Familiarity with technology product development life cycle, change management, project management, Agile methodology, and feature-driven development- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in English with the ability to present ideas effectively- Experience in business processes reengineering or solution design with RPA using Uipath is a plusQualifications:- University degree holder- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination and project management in the Technology or Change Management department- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin will be advantageous- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Operational experiences in airframe services of the MRO industry will be beneficialJoin HAECO and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and excellence in the aviation industry!Reference ID: 463Please note that candidates not contacted within 4-6 weeks after submitting applications may consider their application unsuccessful.
